This stunning property is brand new, with all-new furniture all throughout.

The kitchen holds state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances & ebony granite countertops, combined with the classy gray tile flooring really puts together an elegant & modern feel to the home. Gas-powered fireplace in the sun-lit living room. Located right off of HWY 20, 5 minutes from I-20 with TONS of shops & restaurants nearby.

CLEANING

Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there's any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away! We can send a cleaner to the unit to fix it at no cost to you.



PEST CONTROL

Bugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Atlanta. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please don't worry, the Pest Control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it.



MAINTENANCE

All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and pool equipment will one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help! Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged. Unfortunately, we can't foresee these incidents but we can fix them!

You will have access to the whole house/ unit. If reserved, it will be available for you and your guests ONLY. All areas are private and not shared with me or any other guests.



You should receive your keyless entry code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival.

You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away, while outdoor attractions and local destinations throughout Conyers provide plenty of opportunities to explore. Atlanta is also within easy driving distance, making this a convenient home base for guests looking to enjoy both the peaceful surroundings of Conyers and everything the metro area has to offer.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located along GA-20, making it easy to get around Conyers and access the surrounding Atlanta metro area. I-20 is also nearby, providing a convenient route for guests traveling toward Atlanta and other nearby destinations.



Driving is the most convenient way to explore the area, with shopping, restaurants, and everyday conveniences just a short drive away. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also options for guests who prefer not to drive.



Public transportation is available in the broader Conyers area, but having a car is recommended for the greatest flexibility. Walking and biking are possible in the area, although most guests will find driving more convenient for reaching restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions.

-- We have regular visits from the Pest Control company we are partnered with, with this, rest assured that there is NO INFESTATION of any kind in this home



BEFORE YOU BOOK/INQUIRE:

-- If you're new to the site, please make sure you have verified your phone number, added a profile picture, and completed your profile, and advise the purpose of your trip. If you don't have the above, we'll ask you to complete these items before accepting your request.

PETS:

-- We welcome pets in our home

-- Please be a responsible pet owner and note that while they are welcome to come, they should not be allowed on furnitures or beddings due to difficulties in removing pet hair. Should this be violated, please expect a payment request for replacement/ professional cleaning

-- Pets allowed! A non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 per pet will be charged +$150 per pet if you plan to bring 3 or more pets.



EXTRA GUESTS:

-- We charge an extra guest fee of $19 per guest per night after the 6th guest

-- If you are planning to have visitors come by please know we cannot allow the number of guests to exceed 16 in compliance of the Airbnb Party Ban

-- For visitors, we charge a one time fee of $19 per guest
