Great time in Lithonia.
The picture of the house is deceiving. The picture is the side/ back of the house! The house is not really of that grassy hill!. The air conditioner is great in the first floor!
Other than that, I would stay at the house again!

Very spacious property, my family of 18+ stayed here and we were fine. i would say the outside of the house is NOT what it looks like in the listing. it was very discouraging when i first arrived and was afraid of what the inside would look like, but the inside gave the home hope, i would suggest updating the listing or just fixing up the actual outside of the home. but overall, it was a good stay.

This house was perfect . I was there for my birthday and it fit everyone that came. It was close to stores that i needed and close to my family that stayed around the corner. The house was clean and the host was very good at getting back to me any time I needed to reach out . When i missed trash day she had someone come and collect the trash so that it wouldn’t be a problem for the stay . I loved my experience and will no booking again I’m December

It appears this property isn’t rented often. The neighborhood has a lot of vacant homes. Good news is that it’s quiet and peaceful. The property is huge and the photos are reflective of the location. I’d recommend they bring in a newer cleaning service that has more attention to detail. All of the smoke detectors needed batteries and the chirping kept us up the first night until we replaced them. The back deck was full of pine needles so it was unusable. There were limited pots for cooking. Ice maker didn’t work. With a little more care and investment of less worn furniture, this place would be great.
