Fab location, central and very close to the Metro. Super-friendly and helpful staff. AC in the room was a god send. Continental breakfast included, which was lovely.
Not a lot they can do about this - being an old building - but it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues (there are a lot of stairs and no lift).

The hotel was in a great location and on a very hot day it was cool with air conditioned bedrooms. There was water or tea on offer as we arrived which was also very welcome for us arriving at one of the hottest parts of the day.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room was a little noisy as we were next to a door in the corridor through to other bedrooms - this did make a noise each time people went throug hto those rooms. But these were samll points in what was on overall enjoyable stay.
