About this apartment rental
Located in the center of Castillon-la-Bataille, this apartment overlooks a quiet street leading to a small square inhabited by the pretty Saint Symphorien church.
The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. The exposed stone gives a charming asset to this property.
You are ideally located less than 10 minutes walk from all amenities (train station, restaurants, bakery, supermarket)
The property is equipped with everything you need for your stay: flat screens (in the living room and both bedrooms), coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, induction hob, oven, microwave , toaster etc. You will also find 2 bedrooms with double bed (160x200), a pretty bright bathroom with WC.
Minimum 2 nights / No smoke
EXTRA CHARGES
Cleaning: Extra charge : done by a professional cleaner: 50€
Linen et towels rented from a laundry : 35€
(prepared bed, sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases, large towels, small towels, bath mat, dishcloths)
Heating: Extra charge in Winter period : meter quote.
Damage Deposit: 250€ is due upon arrival (credit card secure link)
Check-ins are normally planned in the afternoon, after 3:30pm (extra charge after 19:00 : 25€)
Check-outs are normally planned in the morning, before 10:30am(extra charge before 7:30 : 25€)
LONG TERM STAYS:
- Entrance cleaning: 50€, linen et towels: 35€
- Heating charges: electric meter quote upon arrival and departure, payment at normal rate of your consumption from the first day
- Final cleaning is your responsability, you have to leave apartment as clean as it was upon arrival

Convenient with lots of free parking around. Don’t miss the Bataille de Castillon show if you’re visiting in July or August. Apartment was very clean and the AC was quite appreciated as we were in the middle of a heat wave!!!

Super séjour à CASTILLON la bataille ! L'appartement était super rien a dire très fonctionnel et vive la climatisation c'était un plus en vue de la chaleur que nous avions eu , cela était fort agréable.
