Frühstück war gut, aber sehr voll, viele Menschen

Tisztaság volt, a wellness gyönyörű és felszerelt volt. Az alkalmazottak többnyire segítőkészek voltak, próbálták kihozni a maximumot mindenből.
Szilveszterkor látogattuk meg a hotelt, nem fizettünk be a szilveszteri gálára így délutan 5kor volt a “sima” vacsora , ezután semmilyen ételt nem tudtunk beszerezni a hotelben. A reggeli 7.30-tól volt kiírva, viszont megint nem lettünk arról tájékoztatva hogy a szilveszteri rendezvény miatt csak 9.00-tól lesz reggeli. Szóval negatívumként ezeket tudnám felsorolni+nem beszélnek idegen nyelveket.

Recepčnè boli milè a ochotnè napraviť chybu ktorù ste spôsobili.
Neviem ako sa to mohlo stať, keď som urobila dve rozdielne objednavky a Booking mi ich zlùčil do jednej. Fakticky dvoch rozdielnych ludi ste spojili do jednej izby. Nerozumiem tomu.
