Iseo Portelle Holiday da Barbara - indoor private parking & bike storage

Everything! We were treated like royalty from start to finish. Barbara is an incredible host who genuinely cares about making your whole stay in Iseo special. She helped us with recommendations and bookings, surprised us with lovely little attentions, and went far beyond anything we could have expected. The apartment itself was also great, perfectly located and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a warm and authentic Italian experience, this is the place!

Honestly, nothing!

We rarely write detailed reviews but are making an exception here because we had such a fantastic stay in Iseo. In advance of our trip Barbara answered all of our questions promptly and helpfully, going out of her way to provide detailed directions and photos to the underground car park avoiding the ZTL charging area, as well as comprehensive guides for where to eat and shop, and what to do in the immediate and surrounding areas. We were greeted vey warmly and accompanied with a trolley to help get our bags to the apartment. Barbara also pointed out her favourite restaurants and food shops en route. The apartment itself was tastefully designed, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were also given various welcome gifts and plenty of tea bags and coffee pods for the machine. We even found delicious surprises hanging on the outside of the front door some mornings! Barbara told us about the local market days, the special firework event and had plenty of other tips during our stay. On our departure day it was pouring and she messaged telling us to take the umbrellas outside the door and leave them in the car park space with the trolley, then turned up just as were leaving to supply a waterproof cover for our cases and escort us with one of the umbrellas! We really couldn't have asked for more. This is a special place hosted by a very kind and caring person. Highly recommended!

This property is beautiful, clean, amazing location and so comfortable for a short or long stay in Iseo. Secure and safe parking and amazing communication. Barbara is a fantastic host and extremely helpful in enabling you to enjoy Iseo and the surrounding areas. We couldn’t recommend more for exploring this beautiful part of the world!
