About this house rental
A beautiful 3/2 furnished townhome facing the barge canal between the Indian River and Banana River. Full kitchen with 1/2 bath and living room (and two pull out couches) downstairs with Smart TV and balcony overlooking the canal. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in one guestroom, and one queen bed in another guestroom. Gorgeous views of marina! Just a couple miles from the cruise port with shops and restaurants and a very short drive to Cocoa Beach. Marina on site with boat slips available to rent.

This condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved being close to Cocoa Beach, local attractions and the Soace Coast.
I would add as constructive criticism that usually at VBRO and Air B&B's, there is frequently a binder with local restaurant menues which we always find helpful
Also, being a beach area, chairs, umbrella, beach toys usually are present.
We plan on staying here again next year for 2 weeks. The owner is very responsive.

Better than advertised; clean, modern decor, garage was a great addition. Centrally located to all the beaches, Space center and retail and restaurant needs.
Communication with property manager(owner) Karen was perfect.
