Great location right near Clark's Market, the gondola, and 2 minute walk to the heart of downtown. The unit is great inside and has everything you need for a great stay in Telluride.
This is outside the host's control, but the building itself is pretty old and tattered. Walkways and access points are musty and pot smokey (it's Colorado, I get it), and the general feeling is that it's just heavily worn and tired. Again, inside is fine, but the overall building is in rough shape.

Excellent location. Easy access to lifts and grocery store is literally steps away. Easy parking.
Sleeps six but family area is a little tight for that number. 4 would be better.
