Sugar Shores comes with a very convenient reserved parking sport just one flight of stairs away from the unit. There are additional parking spaces on the 5th floor & across the street to accommodate multiple vehicles, key-less entry, a collapsible shopping cart sturdy enough to transport items to and from the parking lot or the beach, etc.
The beach front, king size, master suite is an en suite with PRIVATE BATH & personal access to the Gulf front balcony. The suite has overhead & indirect lighting, excellent quality bedding, ample storage space & a flat screen television. Enjoy the beauty and privacy of the suite.
The Second, king size master suite has private access to the second full bath. Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, it is also spacious and serene with ceiling fan, overhead and task lighting and a flat screen television.
BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR are on the north side of the condo with perfect views of the Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf course across the street. They are furnished with a QUEEN BED & TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BED, ceiling fan, dresser, walk in closet and Jack and Jill access to the third full bath.
The full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room, right outside the fourth bedroom.
The kitchen is open and well-furnished to assure ease of preparation and service. The large granite bar, beautiful custom cabinets & back splash adorn the kitchen’s Coastal Living style appeal. Even KP duty is pleasant here. The cook has a good view of the gulf and sky.
Sugar Shore’s spacious family room is light & airy, with a large dining table, breakfast bar, sofa, love seat & 65 in flat screen, smart television. The living room includes a night and day chest with a comfortable queen size bed that doubles as an entertainment center during the day. The entire southern wall is windows and sliding glass door to the balcony, the views from this room are simply amazing.
Resort amenities include Indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise & elliptical room, covered parking, & walking distance to: Starbucks, Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf, Hidden Lagoon Race Track & Go Karts, Fun Land Arcade, Alvin’s Island and Topical Store & the popular Runaway Island Beachfront Restaurant & Grill.
Low density, is one of the great features to enjoy when you’re staying at Sugar Shores. On the east side of the resort, a very large portion of the beach is open and void of development. This greatly enhances the view and room to explore and play on the beach.
Extended families and friends may enjoy “Gulf Pearl” also; it is a beach front, 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the east end of the same floor.
Sugar Shores is less than a mile from Pier Park. Even closer, you may enjoy brunch at the Pancakery, lunch at Carrabbas Italian Grill or plan your next bike trip while walking through Indian Motorcycles of Panama City Beach or Harley Davidson PCB. There is also great fun nearby at the Aaron Bessant Park, Frank Brown Park with basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts plus multiple soccer and baseball fields where traveling fast pitch softball and baseball tournaments are played every summer. Needed a unit with 4 bedrooms had our 2 kids their spouces and grandkids. Plenty of room couldn't be laid out better for our needs. Owner very responsive to the one minor need we had. Elevators hit and miss but not as bad as reported. Parking spot in garage that comes with unit is only 1 floor down certainly helped. Came with beach chairs and umbrella set up guys working down there were great. Would certainly recommend.

The property was nice and had a great view and great access to the beach. Super close to a lot of things and spacious. Everywhere we went was either walking distance or within 2 miles. The original form to fill out was not very explanatory as far as children go. I labeled the two young children we brought and their ages, but it wasn’t clear that I needed to add them to the “pool pass count” at the bottom which caused a breakdown in communication. (Since wristbands are placed in the condo prior to arrival.) I think the miscommunication could’ve been avoided when I submitted the form 3 mths prior. The fire alarm is super sensitive and also went off for no reason the first morning we were there (6 am). The dryer didn’t work and washing machine was very finicky. We did get a quick response to get the dryer operating again though. The master suite bed was extremely uncomfortable but all the other beds were pretty good! The floor/rug was already sandy when we got there and there wasn’t a dust pan that we could find when we swept, but maybe it was hiding where we couldn’t see it. It was nice to have a parking space one floor down from our room and the other car we brought was able to find a space in the overflow parking in the parking garage, but there were only 8 spaces available for that and more parking was a little ways down the street. Everything was extremely safe and we had good communication with the host. All of the workers on the property was super nice as well!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The beach access was so easy. We had a wonderful time!

The property is a smaller condo. The parking garage is terrible. It is nice to have a reserved spot in the parking deck, but the overall design of the parking deck is dangerous. It was designed for small vehicles only. Normal size SUV's barely fit in the parking spaces. As far as the room, it was clean and welcoming. There were some small appliances that were shown in the pictures, but were not in the kitchen. Dr. George had replacements for the small appliances there in a few hours after letting him know. The locks on both balcony doors did not work and a wooden dowel rod was used as a locking mechanism. It was not an issue with our family, but could be if small children are present. We were not told until the second day of our stay that the laundry was not working and a part was on order. It was not repaired during our stay, so we were not able to wash any clothes, as we had planned. It was very inconvenient to not have a working laundry. Our packing was based on having the ability to wash clothes. The kitchen could use a restock of utensils and other basic cooking supplies. It was nice to have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided as part of the reservation. The beach attendant was awesome.Overall, if I only consider the actual room, I would consider staying again. However, the parking deck alone would prevent us from staying at Ocean Reef again.
