Sugar Shores comes with a very convenient reserved parking sport just one flight of stairs away from the unit. There are additional parking spaces on the 5th floor & across the street to accommodate multiple vehicles, key-less entry, a collapsible shopping cart sturdy enough to transport items to and from the parking lot or the beach, etc.
The beach front, king size, master suite is an en suite with PRIVATE BATH & personal access to the Gulf front balcony. The suite has overhead & indirect lighting, excellent quality bedding, ample storage space & a flat screen television. Enjoy the beauty and privacy of the suite.
The Second, king size master suite has private access to the second full bath. Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, it is also spacious and serene with ceiling fan, overhead and task lighting and a flat screen television.
BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR are on the north side of the condo with perfect views of the Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf course across the street. They are furnished with a QUEEN BED & TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BED, ceiling fan, dresser, walk in closet and Jack and Jill access to the third full bath.
The full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room, right outside the fourth bedroom.
The kitchen is open and well-furnished to assure ease of preparation and service. The large granite bar, beautiful custom cabinets & back splash adorn the kitchen’s Coastal Living style appeal. Even KP duty is pleasant here. The cook has a good view of the gulf and sky.
Sugar Shore’s spacious family room is light & airy, with a large dining table, breakfast bar, sofa, love seat & 65 in flat screen, smart television. The living room includes a night and day chest with a comfortable queen size bed that doubles as an entertainment center during the day. The entire southern wall is windows and sliding glass door to the balcony, the views from this room are simply amazing.
Resort amenities include Indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise & elliptical room, covered parking, & walking distance to: Starbucks, Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf, Hidden Lagoon Race Track & Go Karts, Fun Land Arcade, Alvin’s Island and Topical Store & the popular Runaway Island Beachfront Restaurant & Grill.
Low density, is one of the great features to enjoy when you’re staying at Sugar Shores. On the east side of the resort, a very large portion of the beach is open and void of development. This greatly enhances the view and room to explore and play on the beach.
Extended families and friends may enjoy “Gulf Pearl” also; it is a beach front, 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the east end of the same floor.
Sugar Shores is less than a mile from Pier Park. Even closer, you may enjoy brunch at the Pancakery, lunch at Carrabbas Italian Grill or plan your next bike trip while walking through Indian Motorcycles of Panama City Beach or Harley Davidson PCB. There is also great fun nearby at the Aaron Bessant Park, Frank Brown Park with basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts plus multiple soccer and baseball fields where traveling fast pitch softball and baseball tournaments are played every summer. The condo was very spacious, felt very private, and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The rooms were beautifully furnished. The balcony was open both to the east and to the south, which gave us a lot of great sunshine. Parking was convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, the washer and dryer were handy, and bathroom towels and beach chairs were provided. Two of the bathroom shower rods were curved but not pointed in the right direction. The floors had not been fully cleaned before we arrived, because we found parts of a broken necklace underneath the dining room table and our feet picked up dirt from the floor when we arrived. The sink in the master bathroom drained a bit slowly. The blackout drapes in the living room and bedroom had a musty smell and could possibly trigger allergic reactions for sensitive people. It is likely from the moist sea air, but it might be prudent to have a different type of curtain there to prevent mildew. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I am only mentioning the negative things to help the owner increase the likelihood of having positive reviews and repeat customers in the future.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Two beds were broken down and need a little tlc and all the elevators were broken down so we had to use the stairs. Other than that it was close to everything we were wanting to do. Very quiet atmosphere and not crowded. Parking was tight in the parking garage.

Coffee Pot was broken upon arrival. Carol was awesome and had a replacement within 30 minutes. We enjoyed the condo and the location. The master suite bed could use an upgrade, but other than that everything was great.. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall property, beach area and pool were nice. The unit we stayed in was overall unclean with mold on walls near air vents and returns, dirty walls and baseboards, and dirty bathtubs. Ants were in the kitchen. The owner had to come spray for the ants.
The kitchen had plates and silverware and enough pots for us to make due but it did not have any baking pans at all which made our meal prep difficult. There were not even enough glasses for the 7 people in our party.
The beds were adequate though uncomfortable. The linens and towels were clean.
There was other deferred maintenance, e.g., broken balcony spindles that rattled loudly in the constant wind that blew off the gulf and the shoddy installation of dishwasher and plumbing fixtures.
It felt that the overall care and upkeep of this unit was poor and created an unpleasant experience.
