Nice, peaceful environment.

Quite a bad experience, privacy-wise. One day I found a woman watering the plants on the property (she “suggested” we take the floaty out of the pool since it cleans itself regularly), and a pool cleaning service disturbed our peace, all without a notice. The woman also announced that she’ll come on Friday to do a readout of electricity. She didn’t. We noticed trash cans got moved around - clearly for the garbage company to be able to collect them - which means somebody was walking around the property regularly. This all made sense once we learned (on the last day) that there are people living in the upper floor which nobody tells you about. The woman that checked us in said that if there’s anything we need, we can contact her through Booking - we did, but got no response. All the drains were kinda clogged - in the sink as well as in the shower. The shower in the upper floor has a flooding issue - door seal is too old. Can’t imagine how it would look like if there were 8 of us there (we were only 2). The water wasn’t too warm either. Each bed (there were 3, for 6 people) gets 4 towels - two small and two large ones. For an 8-day stay. I found the house layout quite dysfunctional. Sitting down to watch the TV wasn’t a good experience (the couch-TV set up doesn’t make sense), and the furniture is old, and the equipment cheap (kitchen utensils, plates and bowls). The refrigerator doesn’t have the freezer part, but we found a separate freezer in some spare, uncleaned room a couple of days in. The AC in our bedroom was pretty loud. Could also get a filter cleaning. Checkout is at 9 already, which is earlier than the rest. We were told it’s at 10 on the day we arrived, but they already started cleaning the house at 9 on the day of the checkout. We felt rushed to leave so we forgot to take the stuff that we bought from the kitchen cabinets. I expected a more pleasant experience for this money.
