Very clean, kitchen well equiped, every little thing you need is provided. Air conditioned in the living room and fan in bedroom. Nice little terrace .

A little bit far to walk to the beach but, if you have a car it's perfect there are a lot of free parking places near the beach. I suggest to the owner to put some mosquito nets.

Great Holiday in Štinjan

We had a wonderful holiday in Štinjan with Sandra and her father Rudi, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy, renovated, and had everything we needed – we felt just like at home. Great location, close to beaches and the center of Pula, with parking right by the house, a quiet neighborhood, and a fair price. We’d love to come back, it was a perfect place to relax.

Exceptional

In one word, apartment is beautiful. It has two very comfortable bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen with separate dining room and living room. Large terrace, with see view is absolute highlight of the appartment. Sandra, who is an owner, is very nice lady, friendly and always willing to help. She gave us tips abot the area, restaurants and the beaches. We felt very welcomed and we hope to be her guests again in the future.

Alles war in Ordnung und wir haben unseren Urlaub gut verbracht.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir haben im zweiten Stock im Apartment „Palma“ gewohnt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Zum Strand sind es 13 Minuten zu Fuß, aber wir sind meistens 3 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren, da wir mit einem Kind unterwegs waren und nicht zu Fuß gehen wollten. Die Gastgeberin ist eine nette, liebe und hilfsbereite Frau, die immer auf unsere Wünsche reagiert hat, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Sie spricht auch Deutsch, was für uns sehr praktisch war.
