Kuchyň a lednička je miniáturní pro 4 členou rodinu nevyhovuje velikostí.Vybavení kuchyně je nedostačující. Výměna ručníků a doplnění toaletního papíru by měla být samozřejmostí a ne si o to žádat. Zaplacená částka neodpovídá kvalitě.
Nábytek, postele a vybavení je starší, potřebovalo by renovaci. V apartmánu je málo úložného místa-skříně, poličky, věšáky.
Parkování v podzemní garáži je za poplatek, což nebylo v popisu uvedeno.
