Квартира тепла й затишна. Під час відключень світла була гаряча та холодна вода, працював інтернет. У будинку є генератор на ліфт, тому з підйомом проблем не було.

It is a nice apartment with good design.
There is free parking, but it is hard to find a spot at night. It is better to park before 7 p.m.

Загалом хороші враження, але нічого особливого Сподобалося · Дуже сподобалась тепла підлога у ванній кімнаті. Відносно сучасний ремонт та наявність базованих зручностей. Є смарт телевізор, це плюс. Гарна постіль з гіпоалергенними подушками. Добре, що приймають платіж офіційно на ФОП
На момент проживання вже було холодно, але не було опалення. Довелось опалювати кондиціонером, але він сушить повітря. Двері на балкон трохи пропускають повітря і шумлять через це, хоч і не критично. І було б круто, якби диван біля ТВ був розкладний. Не дуже зручне розташування, щоб виїхати в Бориспіль, в час пік уходить дуже багато часу
