Розташування зручне, близько від метро. Чисто, тихо, затишно. Красивий ЖК. Фото відповідають дійсності.
1. Найголовніший недолік — нема сіток на вікнах. Дуже докучали комарі вночі. А із закритими вікнами душно/жарко. 2. Погано зливалась вода в раковині у ванній. 3. Матрац на кроваті відчувається що продавлений.

Наявність пральної машинки, кондиціонера, праски, мікрохвильовки і дуже зручне місцерозташування
Дуже дешева техніка. Телевізор працює але подивитись який фільм чи ще щось не реально. Канали не шукає. Телевізор дуже глючить. Потрібно в деяких місцях провести ремонтні роботи (санвузол)

Дуже затишна квартирка-студія. Все чисто, гарно. Видно що зроблено з душею і для людей. Всі речі для комфорту є. Фен класний і новий з вигляду утюг. Класний постер на стіні. Фанати Марвел - вам сюди
При заїзді був відчутний незначно запах каналізації але після провітрювання і витяжки у ванній кімнаті все минуло. Не вважаю це проблемою але можливо комусь важливо

The location of the apartment is convenient, close to metro. It is new, fully furnished, good wi-fi. The person who was meeting us very helpful, agreed to change the towels in the middle of our stay.
The flat is really tiny. There were some essential utilities missing in a kitchen like a dish towel, a rag, a trash bag. We had problems with the TV, it was not working, and there were no heating in the end of November, using air conditioning all the time is not the best option.
