Ausgezeichnete Lage, nur wenige Schritte zum Strand mit Restaurants und Geschäften.
1. Eingangsbereich wird nicht gereinigt (Unkraut, Sand & Hundekot). 2. Wäscheständer unbrauchbar (defekt & verrostet) 3. Schimmel im Bad, Lüfter ohne Funktion 4. Nur ein Wohnungsschlüssel 5. Ausserdem gibt deutliche Gebrauchs-und Abnutzungsspuren, die durch einen Anstrich deutlich verbessert werden könnten 6. Sitzkissen für die Gartenstühle fehlen
