This is large, modern apartment with new and well functioning kitchen appliances. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped but there was only one frying pan and one wine glass. The bedrooms are comfortable; one has a double (and not a queen) bed. The heating system was very good during a rainy January / February. The property manager was very helpful, and the location is excellent. A nice touch: our linen and towels were changed twice during our five week long stay.
Given the unprecedented rainfall in January / February, one bedroom with twin beds was a bit musty. This cleared as the weather improved. This very nice apartment would benefit from a bit of sprucing up: the couch has an arm which has pretty much collapsed. Also there are the expected marks and scuffs on the interior walls which would be much improved by a coat of paint.

No geral o Apartamento B está bastante bem composto, com excelentes pontos chave como estacionamento, varadas, churrasco, Wi-Fi e ar condicionado.
Realmente a localização do alojamento é ótima, com um supermercado (pequeno) do outro lado da estrada (o que permitiu ter pão acabadinho de sair do forno ao pequeno almoço).
- Apenas 1 chuveiros (2 wc). Dificuldade em escoar a água precisando possivelmente de uma limpeza na canalização.
- Séria conveniente deixar pelo menos mais 1/2 mudas de cama e toalhas para substituir em caso de necessidade.
- Dispõe de máquina de lavar roupa e louça, mas que não tem produtos à disposição para as lavagens.
- Na cozinha notamos falta de alguns utensílios, nomeadamente: mais canecas (só 4), taças para cereais, colheres café, pegas e panos de cozinha, um alguidar, sacos para o lixo.
