About this apartment rental
Booking conditions:
- House dedicated to family stays with children
- Stictement 5 adults maximum (2 rooms) and two children (sofa bed).
- We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.
Very nice fully furnished duplex, in a secure modern complex, ideally located only 20 m from the beach of Olhos d'Agua, in a typical old fishing village, in the district of Albufeira.
The private condominium is located in the pedestrian street which leads to the beach, so it’s ideal for children.
It combines the peace of a quiet place and the proximity of all the conveniences: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy,... and is not far from golfs (unless 10 min by foot) or the nightlife of Albufeira (6 km).
The complex offers a swimming pool and a separated kids splash pool, a lift, an intercom, a closed covered parking lot (you will have 2 individual places).
The 3-rooms apartment is on the 2nd floor, very well equipped and furnished, fully air-conditioned, it offers very beautiful internal and outside areas :
- a twin bedroom in suite with a private terrace, including 1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90 with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a bidet and toilet,
- a bedroom with a double bed 150, a cupboard,
- a shower-room separated with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen : combined fridge offering a freezer with 3 drawers, oven, sticks vitreous ceramic, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board...
- a dining room corner with comfortable table for 8 persons,
- a lounge space with a sofa-bed offering a comfortable sleeping around 140 for 2 adults, Satellite Television,
- a spacious West exposed terrace with a sea and beach view, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs,
- 1 large terrace with direct access side swimming pool, equipped with a barbecue and a private outside shower.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, modern and perfectly located property.

The apartment is over two floors and is probably as good as it gets in terms of accommodation in the older seaside village of Olhos D'agua. Found it a little dreary as there is just concrete everywhere. Pool is fine but 67 steps up to the back so a little painful if kids want to nip in and out for snacks etc.. Pool area is a little basic.. Plastic loungers etc. Not particularly comfortable. Apartment is also fine but I can't say it was fabulous. Depends on visitors preferences of course. No welcome pack (basics /btl wine/few dishwasher tabs /wash up liquid etc) which was a first for us over the years of renting. Overall it was all just fine.
