The location, getting into the apartment, met by host, the heater was warm, it was spacious.

Clean sheets and towels. Nice big bathroom. Spacious bedrooms. Small lift available to save walking the stairs every time.
The outside noise made it difficult to sleep. Couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink or tea towels. Coffee pod machine not great. Washing machine leaks on the floor. It's was easy to come and go each day so good walking distance to most attractions.
