About this apartment rental
A fully furnished, renovated farmhouse in Surwold/Börgermoor with a separate entrance
awaits you. The approximately 90 m² apartment features a living room with a dining area and a wood-burning stove,
a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with
a cozy sitting area and equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, dishwasher
, and a fridge-freezer. The naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower,
a toilet, and a washing machine (for a small fee).
Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and parking for cars are also available.
In addition, we offer a terrace with a grill area for relaxing in the garden.
Pets are not allowed in our vacation rental, and it is a non-smoking
apartment.

The apartment is located in the Börgermoor district and is just a few minutes away from various
recreational activities. Spend the day in the “Surwolds Wald” recreation area and
visit the climbing forest, the archery park, the outdoor pool, or ride the
summer toboggan run.
The Surwolder Freizeitsee lake is located just 500 meters from the apartment and offers walking trails
and fishing opportunities.
Shopping options such as Netto (300 meters), K&K, a bakery, a pharmacy, doctors’ offices, and gas stations are
within one kilometer.
The Börgermoor district borders directly on Papenburg, and after about 15 km, you’ll have already reached its
city center via the “Splitting” road.
