About this house rental
This beautifully situated single-story vacation home is located in the Papenburg vacation home park and serves as an ideal starting point for relaxing, active, and eventful vacations in northern Emsland and the East Frisia region year-round.
The fully furnished, single-story vacation home offers 62 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Bedroom 1 features a 180-cm-wide double bed and a large closet. A travel cot for a child can be added upon request. Bedroom 2 features a 160-cm-wide double bed, as well as a closet and a dresser. The living room has a seating area with a lounge chair, coffee table, wall unit, display cabinets, a radio with MP3 player, and satellite TV.
The adjacent dining room and kitchen feature a dining table (table and 4 chairs) as well as an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, and microwave. Small appliances include a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of cutlery and dishes.
The other rooms include the hallway with a coat closet and a bathroom/toilet with a shower, washing machine, and dryer.
Other amenities: Wi-Fi via fiber-optic cable, high chair, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner. A 12 m² terrace and lawn, patio furniture, a barbecue, and parking for 2 cars.
At the vacation home management office, you’ll receive your keys, information, and maps, as well as advice about your vacation home and the surrounding area upon request. The staff will be happy to assist and advise you.
A convenience store for small purchases is also available and open daily, including Sundays and holidays.
There you’ll find hot and cold beverages, wine, candy, ice cream, frozen foods, toiletries, cigarettes, and tobacco, as well as newspapers and magazines.
