Castellum Suites - All Inclusive

Facilities were good. Room was big. Balcony was bonus! Location was ace. And reception staff were lovely ! The live music in the evening was lovely.

Bar/ waiters could have been a bit friendlier/chattier but that’s picky. Food was sometimes under par at times.

We took a suite, all inclusive. We were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the lunch and the dinner - very good. The hotel’s location is supreme, close to the old town. Our room was being cleaned every day.

Food wasnt great , drinks were limited or very watered down and the pillows were uncomfortable. It is more like a 3 star , as they offer no room service , no phone to contact reception , no essentials like an iron

Lovely facilities, great location and amazing pool

I wouldn’t come back and if you have any dietary requirements I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m lactose intolerant and also a vegetarian and I found the food was very limited and also their allergy cards were inaccurate. Food that was stated as vegan or had no milk or cheese in were incorrect. I ate milk one night by accident as the food card said it was vegan but when I queried it they said it had milk in it and I was unwell for the night. Also some of the vegan sauces e.g. pesto and hummus actually had milk in as well but they stated it as vegan. This is very unsafe and I didn’t feel comfortable eating here. One sauce said it was vegan but turned out they put out the wrong card out and it had beef in it when I checked! Also the only options for me were rice, pasta or veg for lunch/dinner so it was very limited.
