דירה טובה מאוד ל 4 אנשים פלוס ספה לחמישי יש מעלית אך הנגישות מוגבלת צריך להעלות את המזוודות חמש מדרגות לפני המעלית ועוד חמש מדרגות אחריה.
אהבנו את הדירה ומתקניה אפר להוסיף מראה ליד נקודת חשמל על מנת לעשות פן. היה מכשיר פן במקום. סך הכל דירה מצויינת במיקום מעולה ליד חנות מכולת מסעדת המלון הצמוד מומלצת אוכל טוב במחיר נוח.

Le logement était conforme à la description et très propre. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir y passer une nuit après notre ascension aux 7 lacs.

Апартаментът е просторен с хубава гледка. Местоположението е супер за хора, които обичат да са близо до планината и минерални басейни. Сапарева баня се оказа отлично място за почивка!
Нямаше ежедневно почистване. Нямаше кафе машина и сешоар.

Simple y con algunos fallos graves.
Al llegar había bichos muertos en el apartamento. El sofá cama muy pequeño e incómodo ( en la cama que sale debajo del sofá, no cabe ni un niño) y además estaba lleno de basura por debajo. La bayeta estaba en medio del lavabo a nuestra llegada. No tiene mosquitera en ninguna de las ventanas y entraban insectos. El personal no demasiado amable, nos recibió una chica que desapareció según nos dio la llave y no pudimos decirle que había insectos muertos por el suelo.
