Great property, would for sure stay there again. We had a large group of 10 people and needed 4 apartments. It worked out perfectly! Beyond excellent communication during our stay and when we needed something. Apartments were nice, clean, we were happy with them. We had a hiccup at check in time with one of the apartments, but the property went out of their way to make it right. We also were later than planned arriving, and they were very flexible with us.
We were visiting our daughter who was studying abroad for the semester at AUBG and this location was perfect. Her dorm was a 2 minute walk, and if your student was in Skapto 3, it would be a 1 minute walk!
Lots of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
2 minor things worth noting. These would not stop me booking though! Just would be helpful to know.
1. There is one (maybe 2?) parking spots in the courtyard / garage of one of the buildings. Other parking is on street / lots across the street. Property helped us and paid for this via SMS, then we just paid at the end. We did let them know when we arrived and left though, but it was not a problem. We did also have big vans which were tricky to turn and park in such narrow spaces, but we made it work. A smaller vehicle would have been easier!
2. Apartments are in 2 different buildings. Maybe this was stated and I somehow missed it. lol. We made it work though, it was fine! I just should have asked when booking and missed that detail. We had 2 apts in one building, 2 in the other. All had great balconies and views!
Would highly recommend!
Parking was tricky, still doable but not as easy as just parking it in a lot. Sometimes we had to circle a few times to find a spot. Again, not the properties fault. Just to be aware of this.

It is spacious and the facilities are more than enough for a short stay. Bathroom is modern, apartment is clean and the matrice is pretty comfortable.
There was a misguiding pin on google maps which turned the pick-up for the keys into a real adventure at 10:00 PM. Would have been great to have a pin from the host. Also, the available parking space for the apartment was not given to us...probably because we stayed only one night. We had to find parking on the street, with the risk of penalty being very high in the area. The host seemed not to care very much about our parking problem :) If you are planning for a longer stay, note that there is a lot of noise in the area, earplugs are highly recommended.

Great location, nice clean room. We only had a short stay so we didn't explore too much. But the host recommended a great restaurant and the walking streets were very close by. Farmers market across the street, but we didn't have time to check it out.

I was bringing my son to American University in Bulgaria and It was a great location, very close to the campus.
The shower didn’t drain and I couldn’t take more than a 2 minute shower without it nearly flooding into the main room. They came to fix it the next day but the initial experience stuck in my mind
