About this cottage rental
Semi-detached cottage in an old farmhouse, with capacity for 6 people, all comforts, comprising:
- on the first floor: fitted kitchen, living room, laundry room, toilet, living room with TV and billiards, sofa bed, dressing room and shower room;
- on the 1st floor: two bedrooms (1 with 140x200 bed and the other with 2 90x200 beds), shower room, toilet.
Private south-facing terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
Garden with children's games (trampoline, slide, etc.) and adjoining private parking.
Wi-Fi connection.
Bed linen provided from 14 days of rentals. (Otherwise holidaymakers must bring their own sheets or rental possible on request after booking.)

Possibility for children to rub shoulders with 3 docile and gentle donkeys named Uncle, Justin and Caramel.
The cottage is located near the small sea of Gâvres and 5 minutes by car from the shops.
10 minutes from the beaches, you can taste the various pleasures of the coast (swimming, fishing on foot, walking, shellfish).
Riantec is a rather rural seaside town but located 10 minutes from Port Louis and its museum of the East India Company, 15 minutes from the Ria d'Etel and Saint-Cado, 25 minutes from Lorient by car or water bus (known for its inter-Celtic festival, its port, the city of sailing Tabarly ..), 25 minutes from Auray and its port of Saint-Goustan, 30 minutes from Carnac and its menhirs or Quiberon and its beautiful beaches or islands such as Belle île and Groix.

Super property. Easy parking. Aircon a great help in 40° heat. Had everything we needed and very well equipped. Hot walk to the tram in this weather but easy journey into centre of city. Would happily return.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, cette superbe location y contribue beaucoup. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. La maison est très propre, neuve, confortable, la literie parfaite, le cadre agréable, rien ne manque. Pour les courses pas de problème, commerces proches, pour les visites de nombreuses possibilités dans les environs. Bref nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison parfaitement équipée.
Son emplacement nous a permis de rayonner dans le sud de la Bretagne. Il nous reste encore beaucoup de choses à visiter et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Un grand merci a la propriétaire tout a fait charmante.
