Less than 2km from the beaches (15 to 20 minutes walk), by footpath and through the dunes, recent house of 80 m2 ideal for 6 to 8 people in the quiet village of Loperhet en Erdeven. Located 6km from Carnac, 30 km from Lorient, 35 km from Vannes, this residence composed of a garage of 25 m2, a toilet and a living space of 35 m2 including the kitchen and a living room on the first floor, also includes upstairs 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom - toilet. It is located on a plot of 300m2 fully enclosed on its south façade with a terrace and a garden. The fine sandy beach is supervised in summer with a children's play club. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette agréable maison, bien agencée, bien équipée, et avec un agréable jardin où nous avons pu faire un barbecue. Endroit calme à partir duquel nous avons rayonné vers différentes destinations et activités. Pour finir, Daniel est un hôte accueillant, qui nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires. Il nous a même contactés pendant le séjour pour nous proposer d'installer le salon de jardin. Bref, tout était parfait !

excellentes prestations (confort, état des lieux, situation ) la maison est telle qu'elle est définie sur le site internet. Accueil trés chaleureux des propriétaires. Un logement où l'on se sent bien ...comme chez soi. A proximité des commerces, de la mer et des sites "à voir" (Vannes, Quiberon, La trinité....). Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour, à refaire !!
