GROUND FLOOR: 1 wheelchair access bed LIT 160 * 200. 1 bathroom with wheelchair access. with adapted shower and wc, washing machine and drying rack. large fully equipped kitchen and living room. FLOOR. 2 BEDROOM 1 BED 160 * 200. 1 BED 140 * 190. Toilet. 1 large bathroom with shower. 130m² terrace around the accommodation. and private fenced garden of 160m² facing south. Property surrounded by trees and located at the end of a dead end. quiet countryside. Proximity forest and river. surrounded terrace and garden.

Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the pool table. Fully fenced garden which was perfect for our dog.

It was a perfect gateway to the coast of Britany. Very quit and lots of room inside and outside to explore.

The house has a plenty of room which was very nice for my wife who is disabled and is sitting in a wheelchair. The modifications such as douche-seat and bracket at the toilet are ok. Unfortunately it was a pitty that something wasn't mentioned in the description and isn't also not good visible at the pictures. There is a height difference between the sitting room and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet which caused problems for my wife. Another point to improve is the cleaning because the house was not clean at arrival. The were Grass, dog-hairs and dust on the floor. It appears that a quick broom had cleaned the house.
