Neuharlingersiel is a 300-year-old fishing village with an active fleet of crab cutters. In the beautiful historic harbor, East Frisian fishing is still actively practiced today by many shrimp boats.
While you enjoy your well-deserved vacation, the shrimp fishermen set out for you from the old and picturesque Neuharlingersiel fishing harbor onto the North Sea. There, the fishermen harvest the seafood that you’ll later get to enjoy. You can find it at many lovely, welcoming restaurants in Neuharlingersiel, including those right on the historic fishing boat harbor.
