It was peaceful and relaxing.

The place was very quiet and very clean. The tenant was very kind and helpful.

The room missed an electric kettle or coffee facilities which one can use . It would have been great to enjoy a good coffee and admire the marvelous view one has outside the room.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay

Minor inconveniences were: Mini fridge did not properly cool even our bottled water and had not been plugged in until we arrived so took a day to barely function. Being so hot, this was not fun. Other suggestions for future guests: 1) if there is mosquito netting on windows them we could keep windows open at night to keep the cold air in since there is no AC. 2) if a small, cheap electric kettle is provided then guests can atleast make their own tea and coffee since there is no in-house restaurant or bar. 3) since the floor of the shower and bathroom is not slightly tilted to allow showers to drain into that area, the entire bathroom floor gets wet and slightly flooded so we have to use all the towels on the floor to keep it dry 4) there were light bulb fixtures above bathroom sink but not connected to any power supply so that part of bathroom is poorly lit 5) wifi connection was barely there and when connected not strong enough to search internet or make wifi calls. Other than that, it's a great place and our host Anna Maria is a lovely lady.

Left after one night and went to another hotel because of how poor it was.

How close it was to a restaurant.

No air con. No ironing board or Iron. No kettle or teas. No english speaking.

Not so clean (spiderwebs, hairs on the bed), very much used towels, bedding. Bathroom is so small, that shower is almost in toilet...

Bella casetta in sasso.

La posizione "panorama bellissimo sulla valle sottostante" a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Assisi, il che ti permette di visitarla grazie ai vari parcheggi a disposizione, la struttura è vicina ai centri di Spello , Rasiglia, e per i temerari : Castelluccio di Norcia. La signora Annamaria è stata gentilissima. A fianco c'è un ristorante molto comodo per la colazione e cena, si và a piedi tramite un passaggio interno. Lo consiglio certamente

L'esterno della struttura è bello.

Purtoppo non ho dormito la notte per il troppo caldo, una cappa di fuoco. C'era un vecchio ventilatore che non ha salvato la situazione. Ho passato la notte fuori per prendere aria. Il bagno non aveva un box doccia e c'era una pedana di plastica movibile e non igienica. Al mattino seguente abbiamo trovato anche uno scarafaggio in camera. Il letto non era dotato di un coprimaterasso.

Tutto ok, con qualche ma...ma migliorabile

La Sig.ra Anna Maria molto cordiale e accogliente. Camera molto confortevoli. Nell'adiacente hotel, raggiungibile a piedi tramite un passaggio interno, ottima colazione a buffet e prezzo onesto (consigliato).

La pulizia e gli asciugamani da migliorare.
