A beautiful resort

Our stay at Villa Boat in Stintino was simply perfect. The villa itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts you could wish for. What makes it truly special is that it’s not just an apartment, but a full private house with its own yard. Having that outdoor space made such a difference — we could relax, enjoy meals outside, and let the holiday atmosphere sink in. Inside, the villa is fully equipped with everything you might need, so you never feel like you’re missing anything. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel, but with the added privacy, freedom, and coziness of your own home. The owner is absolutely wonderful — welcoming, cool, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and his hospitality really elevated the whole experience. This was without a doubt the best experience we’ve ever had in Stintino. Between the spacious villa, the private yard, and the amazing host, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic host, perfect location, stunning views, would book again!

Fantastic host, attentive and friendly, went out of his way to help us get settled and provide local recommendations. Location perfect for Stintino (recommend having your own car). Very comfortable beds. AC and other amenities worked well. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking and a nice evening on the patio. Stunning view of the water and boats below, especially from the private outdoor patio. Practical and generous private parking area.

Good to know: no sitting/living room inside and kitchen/dining area does not have AC, also good to know that the facility comprises 4 semi-attached duplex apartments (I think) with common gated entrance, large parking and outdoor area divided into private sections, one for each apartment.

Beautiful house and location with fantastic host Federico!

Beautiful location close to the La Pelosa beach. Wonderful view of the turquoise ocean from the house. Beautiful terrace with sun beds and lounge area. Federico was the best host we have ever had with AMAZING service that made our days at Villa Boat fantastic!! We would love to visit the Villa Boat again!

Staying at The Villa Boat was truly an unforgettable experience. The house itself is absolutely stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and full of charm and character. Every corner of the villa reflects care and attention to detail, creating a space that feels like a hidden paradise. The view from the villa is nothing short of breathtaking. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset over the horizon, the scenery will leave you in awe. The nearby beaches are equally spectacular—crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and composed of astonishing scenery. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the love and dedication that Frederico pours into every aspect of the property. The garden is lush, beautifully landscaped, and clearly maintained with passion. It's a perfect spot to unwind, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Frederico is an exceptional host—warm, thoughtful, and always available if you need anything. It's clear he takes great pride in making sure his guests have a flawless experience. A great villa, which was one of four. It had a small garden area with BBQ and a large veranda next to the property for outside dining. Additionally there a separate garden area for each villa with a small pool in each. It was an ideal location between Stintino and Pelosa beach. The view from the terrace and garden over the sea was amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable.

Great place, well located and with a lot of fancy amenities. You can enjoy the beach in the morning, then get back in the afternoon to relax at the pool or in the jacuzzi. Federico, our host, was very helpful and even offered us a ride to the beach one day.

A fantastic stay in a nice area.

Fantastic view from the house and close to magnificent beaches. Well equipped and good home cocking possibilities. Nice outside terrace for late evening dinner. Quiet after 11 and good possibilities for exercise. The host Federico was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Villa presented by a highly conscientious host

Everything. We were made so welcome by Frederico. Nothing was too much trouble . The facilities and attention to detail here are exceptional. We would recommend and endorse staying here to anyone at all. Before we arrived, Frederico was in contact with us, sending a video just days before we arrived. We were completely blown away by the jacuzzi and barbecue in the garden, the private patio area with wonderful views of the stunning La Pelosa beach . Each room is very thoughtfully decorated with a TV in each room. USB charging points were in each bedroom, too. In the kitchen , many items were new, including the coffee maker . The garden, plants, and flowers are very well presented too and add to the pleasure of the stay . Exceptional .

We spent a wonderful week with a family of 5 in this apartment. The house is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside. Lovely garden, with a play area for children, plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool ! House No. 1 has a great view of the sea. Great contact with the host - Federico is very helpful and always present :) To the beautiful beach, La Pelosa is about 2km; in early May, there are no problems with parking at the beach itself. We highly recommend it!

Few days stay with friends

I was here 4 days with my wife and our friends. Beautiful views, very convinniet rooms, spacious kitchen, nice itialian style. Great contact with our host Federico, top class. Property has complety restored backyard which is not attached to photos. Great place to stay with family or group of friends. Just breathtaking La Pelossa beach nearby. I recommend for calm stay for people who appreciate views and nice place to stay with a lot of possibility to relax on place.

Nice place, friendly host - ask which apartment you will get

Very friendly host. Giovanni was very keen to make us feel comfortable, and made every effort possible to make up for the fact that some aspects of the accommodation initially were not as expected. The 3 rooms easily accommodate 6 people and there are new appliances in the apartment (e.g. large fridge, washing machine, showers). The location is great, the price seems fair. Overall a nice place to stay and a recommendation for people staying in La Pelosa more than 3 days.

When we arrived the room was not ready and was not clean, some things were not working. We also saw that the exterior of our apartment was smaller than expected and the jacuzzi not in our garden but maybe 100m away in a separate location. From the pictures on booking.com it seemed this is a separate house, but it is one of 4 houses next to each other - so the privacy is a bit more limited than expected. However, the accomodation is nice, the location fabulous and the owner/host very friendly. We still recommend this accomodation - just check with Giovanni which apartment you get because they are different, some have a bigger garden than others).

Très bon séjour, la terrasse avait une très belle vue sur la pelosa plage réputée qui se trouve juste en bas. Séjour parfait ! Federico est un hôte incroyablement dévoué, disponible et toujours aux petits soins. Le logement est propre, très bien équipé, et la vue est imprenable. Aucun équipement ne manque ! Des pâtisseries sardes au café en passant par le charbon de barbecue. Nous avions également tout et même bien plus qu’espéré pour notre fille de 2 ans : jeux de plage, pot, jouets, peluches, poncho de plage, toboggan et memes des jouets de bain qui ont eu beaucoup de succès. Et moi, j’ai pu profiter du matériel de fitness pour des séances de sport avec vue durant les siestes ! L’organisation mise en place pour profiter pleinement de la Pelosa malgré le monde a été très appréciée également. En bref, tout est aligné pour passer un superbe séjour ici, allez y les yeux fermés … Un grand merci Federico.
