Everything! The view, the room and the location was spectacular.

The view was amazing and the attention to detail from the outside to inside. The artistry really shows and architecture design all where on point.

Our stay here was very disappointing and felt misleading, especially as it was meant to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Communication was poor from the start—no response to early check-in requests, incorrect WiFi details, and no access code provided on arrival, leaving us waiting in the heat. The biggest issue was accessibility. Taxis cost $50 each way due to the steep location, and the only alternative was renting a jeep for over $100—even for a one-night stay( even though people on the property were using golf carts just fine to go up and down). There were no snacks, no food options, and no reasonably priced shuttle service, leaving us effectively stranded. As two diabetics, we ended up skipping dinner because getting transport for food would have cost nearly $100 without the dinner. The room (Bubi) had a beautiful view but was extremely hot from direct sun exposure, despite the AC. There were also mosquitoes with no provisions provided. The communal kitchen felt very basic. In total, we spent around $280 for a stressful, uncomfortable one-night stay. While the view is nice, it does not justify the cost or lack of service. Overall, this was not the special experience we expected and we would not recommend it—especially for short stays or without a rental car.
