The property was really nice. Small but two bedrooms, a lovely shower and a large kitchen. Good storage in closets. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of space. It would be better with a real floor like wood or even tile. The floor is painted concrete and is very cold. Furniture such as chairs at dining table need felt tabs because furniture is scratching the paint off the floor. Pots and pans are quite old and need replacing. Very close to restaurants and the beach.

We enjoyed the location on Folly Beach. Very easy walk to the beach itself and nearby restaurants were very good. Generally a pretty quiet location, but that probably had more to do with the time of year we stayed (Feb 17-20th).
The beds weren't the most comfortable. Found it difficult to sleep as the mattresses (tried both) were a bit too hard for what I am accustomed to. Perhaps a mattress topper would make the bed more comfortable for those of us that are middle aged. :-)
