The property is conveniently located close to both the sea and the city of Zadar.
The beds in the house were very comfortable.
The host welcomed us with a few thoughtful gifts, which made us feel truly appreciated.
The pool and garden were both beautiful and practical, and having an outdoor shower in the garden was very convenient.
It was also very helpful to have bathrooms with showers on both the ground floor and the upper floor.
The kitchen was a bit under-equipped for two families; we found that some essential items were missing.
Also, only a few dishwasher tablets and toilet paper rolls were provided at the beginning of our stay, so we had to purchase the rest ourselves.

We visited the Villa with 6 Person from 15.08.20 until 22.08.20. It was our first time that we booked a Villa and i can say it was great. The Villa Hedonist was very clean so you felt like you are at Home. The heatable Pool was a plasure. The air conditioner didn‘t work in one of the rooms on our first Night. So we wrote the owner of the house and on the next day an air conditioner specialist came and fixed the problem. The owner was very friendly and they do everthing to make you feel comfortable during your stay.
The beach is only 15-20 minutes away from the house. And near the beach is the beautiful old town of Zadar.
So some day if we decide to go to Zadar we will book exactly this Villa.
