We had a tremendous holiday in this house with 2 families (5 children).
Debeljak is close to the highway, close to a local shop (bikes available), close to the airport. Zadar, Nin and Sukosan are enough to provide a zillion of restaurants, shopping and beach facilities available for the vacation. Very easy to visit Plitvice Lakes, Krka and Split. Quick response/help from the owner. Very friendly host ! Also some fresh vegetables/fruit available in the garden. A seperate kitchen/fireplace in the garden cottage kept us out of the house.
Some might prefer an outdoor BBQ.

Fabulous
We had a really nice stay at Villa Zvizda for two weeks. The owners of the house were very friendly. We got some fresh tomatoes and potatoes from their garden and self-made wine. The house was beyond our expectations, really comfortable, also because of the good working airconditioning. The house is nearby the sea, supermarkets and Zadar. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it very much.

Idealny dom na dłuższy pobyt, super gospodarz
Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Dom bardzo czysty, w pełni wyposażony. Było wszystko niezbędne nawet na dłuższy pobyt - 2 ekspresy do kawy, zmywarka, pralka, internet. Duży zapas ręczników, wygodne łóżka. Dodatkowa przestrzeń grillowa idealna na wieczorne kolacje - domek grillowy z oddzielną kuchenką, lodówką, dużym stołem, hamakami. Dodatkowo siłownia z bieżnią. Basen spory i bardzo czysty. W ogrodzie dostępne warzywa, z których mogliśmy korzystać bez ograniczeń. Wisienką na torcie był przemiły gospodarz, który przyrządził nam przepyszną tradycyjną chorwacką kolację i poczęstował własnej roboty winem :)
