Very clean and pretty facilities

The location is superb. Next to the Calle Mayor in the middle of the city. It is clean and big enough.
The room is noisy due to the neighbors. There are quite a bit of stairs so not good for all people or with reduced mobility. No elevators but this is normal as it is a protected house due to its historic value.

2nd time I stayed in a month.
Great location. Centre of the historical centre.
Both room types were nice. Comfortable.
Air con.
Use of a shared kitchen.
Easy access from airport. 1 bus. And a few minutes walk to the door. Friendly reception both times too

Location was perfect, and staff were very helpful!
- Very strange check-in process
- Place was very very creaky and generally noisy
- The door of our room was a glass door with wallpaper covering the glass so you can see the light outside if the hall’s lights are on
- Dirty old phone case and plastic/rubbish found in one of the drawers
