This is a spacious and very clean apartment with all the facilities you would need (including various types of pillows to choose from, a washing machine that you can use, fully equipped kitchen).
You have a large terrace with a beautiful view to the sea over the hill.
The host is really helpful and friendly. We had the perfect stay.
This is the perfect choice to stay if you’re travelling by car - you can choose where exactly to go on the kilometres long beach. There are many free parking possibilities in Pescara and Montesilvano (not beachside, but 300-500 meters away, also not in the centre of Pescara).
Navigations really lead to a neighbouring street but if you call or write the host, you will get the exact location immediately.

Posizione tranquilla, lontana dal rumore cittadino ma vicina al mare, circa 5 minuti. Zona ben servita da tutti i servizi, il centro commerciale a meno di 3 minuti. La casa è grande. I condizionatori ben funzionanti e disponibili in ogni stanza. Terrazzo abitabile con una vista fantastica mare e monti. Asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, forno a microonde, macchinetta del caffè con cialde per il caffè buonissime. La casa è pulita e fornita di ogni confort. Proprietaria accogliente e discreta.

A causa di problemi/incomprensioni/coincidenze sbagliate con i proprietari mi sono ritrovata nella condizione di dover cambiare. Non posso dire nulla della struttura perché non ci sono stata ma spendo ugualmente due parole di apprezzamento per la serietá dei proprietari che mi hanno comunque fatto il rimborso anche se non tenuti. É raro succeda.
