Appartamento ben tenuto, molto pulito, con tutti i comfort. Cucina attrezzata, spazi ampi, ambienti luminosi.
L'uso del codice per l'apertura della porta non è una soluzione particolarmente comoda se ci si sposta con un bambino piccolo in braccio. Se si potesse utilizzarlo per la prima apertura e poi avere a disposizione delle chiavi, penso sarebbe più pratico.

Posizione fronte mare; pulizia impeccabile dell'appartamento; disponibilità sopra ogni limite e squisita gentilezza di Marco, splendido gestore della struttura.
Nulla. A voler trovare qualcosa a tutti i costi, direi "l'assenza di un balcone esterno e l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre completamente (ma questo legato, credo, a motivi di sicurezza, soprattutto in presenza di bambini)".
