Charming stay in a great location
The location is fantastic! The host was super polite and communicated well to us, even with our basic French. Really clean and well-equipped room with all the kitchen amenities you could want and more. Comfy sofa bed, if a little creaky. They also have Netflix. It's peaceful but not too far from many attractions, and parking is never very hard to find. I found the decorations charming as well!
We stayed around the end of July and it was extremely hot. There was no fan in the room, but we had a friend live nearby who lent us theirs. I think perhaps if we had asked, they could have provided a fan, but we had no need to ask at that time :) There is also a staircase leading downstairs that is open and immediately visible from the entry, but forbidden to enter - probably not suitable if you have inquisitive toddlers. The shower is beautiful but has a rather large step and is on the smaller side. For us these things were not a major issue, though.

Im Anschein ganz schön, in den Details eher enttäuschend
Die Lage war mitten in Le Havre sehr gut und die Umgebung war sehr schön mit den typischen Häusern der Commune. Alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Die Unterkunft war mit einigen kleinen Details nett eingerichtet. Die Dusche war sehr schön und angenehm. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Ofen.
Der Vermieter hat mich schon vor dem Aufenthalt andauernd kontaktiert (per Telefon, SMS, WhatsApp). Das war uns schon etwas zuviel und zu penetrant. Die Informationen für den Check-in sollten hilfreich sein, waren aber etwas konfus. Für den Check-out musste ich den Vorgang selbst aktiv erfragen. Ganz viele Kontaktversuche also, aber ein paar wesentliche Informationen waren nicht gegeben.
Wir haben diese Unterkunft explizit gebucht, weil ein Parkplatz dabei sein sollte, da es mitten in der Stadt lag und wir eine weite Anreise haben. Am Ende gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze im Innenhof des Objekts. Die waren aber alle vollkommen zugeparkt. Drum herum ist nur zahlungspflichtiges Parken verfügbar und wir mussten draußen parken. Das war nach einer langen Reise sehr frustrierend und nicht, was wir eigentlich nach den Kriterien extra ausgesucht hatten.
Die Unterkunft ist ganz nett gestaltet, jedoch mangelt es in den Details. Die Lichtschalter und Steckdosen saßen sehr lose in der Wand und waren schon älter. Wir schauten auf offene, dicke Abfussrohre über dem Bett und im Bad, die teilweise sehr rostige Flecken aufwiesen und dadurch etwas schmuddelig wirkten.
Man konnte alle möglichen Geräusche der Nachbarn sehr explizit hören (insbesondere die Toilettengänge und Klospülung, Schritte in der Wohnung). Das war sehr unangenehm.
Das Bett ist eine Schlafcouch und war nicht sehr bequem. Für eine Nacht geht es gerade, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.
Die Küche bot kaum Gläser. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir dies aber nicht ausgiebig genutzt.

Spacieux et super équipé
Immense studio très bien équipé et joliment décoré, dans un bâtiment historique du centre ville. On peut y faire un vrai séjour prolongé (cuisine, machine à laver).
Communication un peu… déroutante avec le logeur. Et l’habitation n’est pas insonorisée du tout, on entend tous les bruits de la rue (je précise pour les personnes au sommeil fragile).

Un séjour magnifique à la rencontre de Perret dans un bel Havre très accueillant
Tout a été parfait. Un accueil très sympathique. Le logement est superbe (grand volume, très beaux décors), très fonctionnel et opérationnel (ameublement, électroménager très complet), en parfait état, plein de charmantes attentions pour une arrivée ne permettant pas de faire des courses rapidement, un grand confort (variété des équipements). Bien sûr son emplacement en centre ville qui permet de profiter des lieux de visite rapidement et à pied. Vous l'aurez compris, j'ai adoré. Merci !

Goede locatie, vriendelijke host. Erg compleet, met een keuken. Bed is een slaapbank maar sliep comfortabel.
