Clean apartment, great location just 3 minutes from the beach, bus stop nearby, restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. Friendly host. Both air conditioners worked well. Nice balcony with a view of Mount Etna.
It would be useful to have an electric kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. Some laundry detergent and a few extra trash bags would also be appreciated. The road outside is noisy at night.

It's a nice place, well located, features a spacious balcony with a table and sun beds. Has an okay kitchenette (in-room), A/C, decent bathroom. Quite good value for money overall if you're not booking in the most touristy weeks of the year, otherwise the prices are quite crazy but I believe that's true everywhere else.
Even at the top floor, it's unfortunately quite noisy, but not a deal breaker. Also, at least the top floor, is very hot, the A/C cannot be stopped while you're inside the room, otherwise it gets hot very quickly. All in all, I recommend this place if you don't mind a bit of noise and the AC running.
