Il proprietario gentilissimo, molto disponibile, la suddivisione della casa eccezionale, pulitissima, organizzata di ogni confort come la stufetta il ventilatore, l'aria condizionata, coperte e piumone, una cucina dotata di tanti accessori, letti comodissimi, una doccia oltre quella del bagno comoda prima di entrare per lavarsi i piedi o farsi la doccia, punto strategico vicissimo al mare cioè 40 mt, posteggi gratis sulla strada di fronte casa, vicino a market, ristoranti, bar, fermata bus ed eventuali posteggi a pagamenti
Solo una semplice ma risolvibile cosa, mettere una chiave in ogni porta, soprattutto in quella del bagno, anche se nel mazzo di chiavi c'è una chiave che apre e chiude tutte le porte

La ubicación y las instalaciones. Posibilidad de aparcar dentro de la finca. Las instalaciones nuevas y cómodas.
El emplazamiento en el sótano de un edificio nuevo playero. Rodeada de vegetación y presencia de mosquitos lo que nos impedía abrir las puertas para ventilar. Poca luz y húmedo.
