Location and clean
Nothing, but we had some noisy neighbors. Probably due to it being a weekend.

Room space was good.
It was fairly clean. They need to pay a little more attention to the bathrooms most specifically the toilets, behind the lid and around the base.

Cozy and clean accommodation with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are warm, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay comfortable. The property is also dog friendly, which was a big plus for us and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was good as it had variety. The facility was nice, and the amenities were great. just The atmosphere was relaxing too.
The biggest issue that occurred was the housekeeping. We asked three times politely to have someone come change the sheets and towels. We were informed that we were scheduled for a cleaning on Tuesday & Thursday. We did not receive any housekeeping while we stayed there even though we were informed twice by two different staff members that we would. I wish the staff was more upfront with the issues with housekeeping as this will most likely prevent us from returning.
