Wspaniałe otoczenie i widoki z góry. Zielono, ćwierkające ptaszki, sympatyczny gospodarz, wejście do apartamentu bezpośrednio z dworu, samochód przy wejściu.

Sicuramente l'ospitalità dell'host, oltre alla pulizia dell'ambiente della casa e ai vari servizi. Una menzione particolare per il camino
Forse la posizione che non è vicina al centro della città, visto che è immersa nel verde e la strada per arrivarci non è molto agevole.

Appartamento nel verde di Terni! Il proprietario davvero disponibile e gentile! Ci ha dato molti consigli ed estrema disponibilità in qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Appartamento riscaldato velocemente grazie alle stufe a gas. Posizione comoda, vicino al centro di Terni, raggiungibile solamente con la macchina. Parcheggio disponibile davanti l'appartamento. Consiglio per chi ama il silenzio e la natura, che vuole concedersi qualche giorno in totale pace
L'appartamento risulta essere un po' datato, con presenza di muffa. Il bagno completamente da ristrutturare, aveva una perdita dal water. Nonostante l'impegno del proprietario, la pulizia lasciava un po a desiderare (6.5 per voto pulizia)

Grande quiete in una location immersa nel verde! Host accogliente e gentile! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, se si ha buona capacità di adattamento, e comodo per le cascate delle Marmore!
Un po poco curata, con qualche accorgimento sarebbe più accogliente! Migliorabile la pulizia!
