The host was welcoming and helpful, knowledgeable about the area too. We were provided with extra towels and bedlinen as we stayed for over a week. Perfect location to explore Umbria, about an hour from Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto. Quiet and relaxing.

Nice, peaceful and quiet place very close to town. The host was very kind and responsive. He welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary information. The apartment is large and comfortable with a kitchenette. There is a parking space which is extremely convenient.

We found the place a little difficult because it is a remote private property and the navigation does not recognize the address. Good thing the host was very kind to meet us outside. The road from the city to there is a bit narrow and in some places it is difficult for two cars to pass each other. The fridge was not on when we arrived which can be an inconvenience in hot weather.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located in the middle of the mountains. extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival to the train station we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner who picked us up from the station. He made our trip way more interesting with his advices & tips about the city, in walking distance, even printed us a time table from the buses. Also took us out for a coffe on our last day just besides the train station Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. ♡

Arrivo di sera magico e misterioso!

Il contesto immerso nella natura (nome della struttura più che giustificato!) e in posizione panoramica sulla città, senza distarne troppo. Il silenzio circostante e la spazio a disposizione. E poi l'estrema cortesia dell'host Francesco.

L'esperienza invernale non è forse la migliore. La struttura è sicuramente più godibile nei mesi miti o caldi, senza necessità di riscaldamento e con valorizzazione del dehor/giardino. Il bagno meriterebbe qualche miglioria.

Pace e tranquillità

Bella locazione distante 2 km dal centro ma immersa nel verde ....la cascata delle marmore si trova a 20 minuti e io sono andato a fare un trekking che consiglio a tutti x la bellezza del paesaggio . Propietario cordiale cucina ben fornita e ottima pulizia ...consigliatissimo 💯👍

Gentilezza del padrone di casa. Località da visitare a due passi. Terni raggiungibile anche con passeggiata di solo 4 km

La casa è in una buona posizione, comoda per visitare la zona e tranquilla durante la notte. Gli spazi sono conformi alla descrizione e ben organizzati, ideale per un soggiorno breve.

Un piccolo margine di miglioramento ci sarebbe nella cura dei dettagli, specialmente per quanto riguarda la pulizia: nulla di grave, ma una maggiore attenzione in questo senso renderebbe l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

È una zona immersa nel verde ed è tranquilla. C'è un ampio parcheggio

È un po' da migliorare la struttura, l'acqua calda non è continuativa, anche i caloriferi sono un po' datati.

Merci pour l’accueil de notre chien sans supplément. Nous avons apprécié, ainsi que la situation géographique à l’écart de la ville mais au cœur de la région pour pouvoir rayonner facilement avec une voiture.
