Most necessary facilities were available in the apartment and the Capricho Estate offers great facilities like pools, bar and restaurant

The aspect of the balcony meant there was never sun on the balcony, we like to sit in the sun but in May if there’s no direct sunlight it can be fairly cold out there.

Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Wohnung waren vollständig. Die Anlage insgesamt ist hervorragend. Garten, Pool, Rasen und Technik waren super gepflegt. Wir haben im Pool schwimmen und auf den Rasen Sonnenbad genießen können. Am Pool sind der Imbiss und die Bar geöffnet und die Bewirtung war sehr freundlich.

Der Vermieter hat sich per WhatsApp bei mir gemeldet und erklärt, wie wir zu dem Zimmerschlüssel kommen. Seine Instruktion war korrekt, aber wir mussten zuerst mehrere Nachrichten austauschen. Er scheint nicht oft vor Ort zu sein. Die Wohnung hat zwar alles notweniges, was man zum Aufenthalt braucht, aber hat auf uns irgendwie unpersönlich gewirkt. Wir wussten nicht vorher in der Beschreibung in Booking.com, dass es sich bei der Wohnung um eine Eckenwohnung handelt, die sich genau im Knickpunkt der rechtswinklig zueinander angeordneten Hochgebäudegeraden befindet, zu deren Balkon im Frühjahr keine Sonne scheint. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir nicht verweilen. Nachbarn benutzten schon ihre Balkone über Tag und lagen in der Sonne.

Location is excellent. Beautiful grounds in front of the sea. El Capricho restaurant right next to the apartment complex. All facilities required for a short stay. Communication with the host Brian was excellent vis WhatsApp. Plenty of shops and restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Buses pass every 20 minutes or so to Fuengirola or to Marbella. 2 swimming pools- ideal place to take young children

Although the apartment was clean, it is quite dated and the furniture and kitchen could do with upgrading. The bed is a double -as opposed to a king-size. It's fine for a short stay. Basic - not luxurious. But good value for money
