It has private access to beach side walk from where you can get to the beach Urbanization is a bit old but to compare with others this one is still living it is private and has something like security Terrace is perfect sunbeds,lounge,sitting zone.
Parking in underground and available only for short kind of cars No bbq on terrace;( Ants somewhere on terrace can appear

We arrived very late due to delays in flights and everything was organised for key collection via the night security, no issue at all. The site is well maintained and located next to the Beach with access via the Boardwalk to loads of Restaurants and beach bars. The apartment is clean and well furbished and the balcony (s) are excellent for relaxing. Overall great place and would certainly stay again.
