Adjacent to a sprawling conservation area, this family-friendly vacation rental has been upgraded with many amazing features -- from the beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, to the illuminated light switches, energy-efficient sliding door, shower heads, and flatscreen TVs. This condo is located in the highly sought after community of Windsor Palms, one of the top vacation rental communities in the area, with several deluxe, on-site amenities including a clubhouse with a Tiki bar and a resort pool, billiards tables, a movie theater, convenience store, sports courts, and guard-gated entry.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lacking in towels. We were asked to run the dishwasher but no dishwasher products were supplied. Don’t want to buy cleaning products on my vacation.had to go buy trash bags as there weren’t any there. The bed in the master bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was great. Location was great. Check in process was a breeze. Nice quiet area

Very nice, well maintained property and unit. Not as well stocked with toiletries, linens, kitchen utensils etc as we’ve experienced with other property management companies.
The unit itself is very nice, large, and comfortable. The pool area and clubhouse on property also very nice.

No designated parking for this unit. Parking is on 1st come 1st serve basis. Had to walk from poorly lighted parking area to unit. Towels provided by cleaning service were like sandpaper, very rough, even after washing with fabric softener.
