Relax in the family room with sofa, loveseat, 40 inch TV, DVD player, various board games and CD player with various choices. Dining area with table and six chairs, and sliding glass doors to the fully screened balcony offering a beautiful view of the conservation area and tennis courts.
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped modern kitchen which includes a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and stove top, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery provided.
