The apartment is accessible via a barrier-free building entrance and an elevator.
The spacious living/sleeping area, featuring two comfortable single beds, an integrated kitchenette, and a separate shower room, offers plenty of space for two people. In addition to a small dining area, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and Wi-Fi.
The built-in kitchenette features, among other things, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
The new, state-of-the-art bathroom offers a high level of comfort thanks to a walk-in shower with a folding seat and grab bars next to the toilet.
From the living room, you can also access the east-facing balcony, which offers a direct view of the village fountain and a side view of the North Sea.
A free parking space in the courtyard is also available for this apartment. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

Check-in is daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.—please return the key to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
