You’ll love the cozy corner sofa with a view of the sea, the beautiful built-in kitchen, the comfortable dining area, and the high-quality box-spring bed, equipped with Emma 25 Hybrid mattresses.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and can be easily accessed via the elevator from the underground parking garage, where your parking space is reserved.
A modern swimming pool with a panoramic view of the North Sea, as well as a sauna and a solarium, are located right in the building and may be used by guests free of charge, subject to availability.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The next annual maintenance is scheduled for the period from 11.01.2027 through 30.01.2027. During this time, the wellness area—including the sauna and pool—will be unavailable.
