Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. The house is extremely clean and well maintained and has a fully stocked kitchen with everything that you could possibly need. The pool is well maintained and was cleaned twice during our stay.Lake Berkley Resort is a great gated community with 24 hour security, and the roads and lawns and all public areas are well maintained. This was our second stay at this particular house, and it won’t be the last!

My Dad and I had a great stay at the villa during the month of June. It is the perfect location and absolutely peaceful. We were central for all activities planned and were minutes away from great eateries.The villa was the great mix of modern and cozy, with everything we could need. I will hopefully be renting this property again in the future.

I have been to the Orlando area quite a few times in the last twenty five years and decided to stay in this villa as the one I have stayed in previously was not available on the dates I needed. The villa is in a gated community which is good for security. Upon entering the villa all looked good and was straight forward getting in. When looking a little closer the villa wasn't as clean as I would expect so when leaving we had to clean dropped cereals and rubbish which was found around sofas and under beds otherwise I wouldn't have got my security deposit back! The one major issue I had was with the pool heating. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS. I had no heating for the first week of my stay. I contacted vrbo who eventually got someone round to have a look. The heating was turned up and then the pool warmed up for two days before going cold again. I was given a number of excuses regarding the pool heating and told to fill the pool if the water level has dropped. I didn't go on holiday to be maintenance man for the pool! Vrbo would not entertain giving me a refund so in my opinion DO NOT ask for pool heating. Save your money as this is very expensive. The real times to travel to Disney is approximately 45mins and universal up to an hour so if I go again I will be looking to stay a little closer to the parks. The traffic has really increased over the times I have travelled to the Orlando region hence the travelling times to the theme parks. To conclude I wouldn't be staying here again.
