About this villa rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom villa which sits on a large corner plot at Lake Berkley. The villa benefits from a partial view of the lake, fishing is just a few yards away.
The Lounge and very spacious dining area are of open plan design with high vaulted feature ceilings. Fully air conditioned with remote monitoring throughout, with ceiling fans for additional air movement.
The Lounge has two large, comfortable settees, where you can relax and watch the new 42' LCD PANEL HD T.V. (with access to over 200 channels). There is also a DVD player, CD/HiFi and large sliding doors leading to the pool. In addition FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available for guest use.
The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large American Style Fridge with integral Ice maker, an Electric Range, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Microwave, Waste Disposal unit plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery, etc. that you could possibly need.
The Master Bedroom is currently fitted with a King sized bed. As is to be expected it has its own 'en suite' Bathroom and analogue cable TV.
There is an additional bathroom so two in total.
Bedroom 2 has a 'Queen' sized bed and cable TV, while Bedroom 3 has a 'full' sized bed and cable TV. The fourth Bedroom has two 'twin' beds and is Disney themed for our younger guests.
The South Facing Pool and Deck is covered by its own lanai with additional hedge screening offering you your own private bathing area. In the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated by our new efficient pool heater if requested (at additional cost).Pool heating is can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
The large Garage has a dedicated Games Area. This is equipped with a 'Foosball Table' (Table Football), Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool Table.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

My family had a great time

The home layout was perfect for our purpose; 2 friends and their kids (2 girls 1 boy ranging from 9-11 years old). Every room had a TV if anyone wanted to relax, the game room in the garage kept the kids entertained, and the pool was a perfect size.
The only "issue" we ran into was that while the pool equipment said 90 degrees, the water wasn't really that warm (could be because it was on a timer that turned off at night and then needed to reheat the following day). Either way the kids didn't mind and we had a blast.
I would definitely recommend this home and the management

We had an amazing time. The villa is very nice and extremely clean. We loved the gated community and all that it had to offer. Overall, excellent place to stay!!

We definitely recommend that place. We have a wonderful days with our family!!!! Quiet neighbors and everything you need close . Definitely will be back!!!!!!!!
