Amazing apartment in quiet village on Korcula away from tourists with two wonderful coves.

Amazing location. Away from the tourists. Quiet village setting (15mins walk). The apartment overlooks two small coves which are publicly accessible but during our stay there was only a few people visiting, so you should have them entirely to yourselves. The coves are reached by a part dirt/concrete path from the back of the apartment. 2-3min walk. Free parking on site, good Internet. New Kitchen appliances, fridge etc makes it very handy to eat breakfast, lunch/ dinner. Host Tanja lives upstairs, so if there is an issue to solve, she is close by. There are 2 sun beds from the host set up at each cove for guests to use. Ask to borrow a sun umbrella. Also washing machine facilities available onsite. . The owner, Tanja, also left us a bottle of locally produced wine to enjoy, which was awesome! Overall, it was a great experience!

Basic filter coffee machine was available, but no coffee powder was provided, so it is best to arrive with your own. Would be a small touch to have a nespresso style coffee machine for quick coffees, etc. Also, no beach towels come with the apartment, so bear in mind. we did have the use of a beach umbrella from the host, which we asked for. Check out at 10am is too early. Many places in Croatia have this check out time, though, during the peak summer season, so it wasn't a big surprise.

If you plan to stay with family, try some see food and enjoy one of the best sees, this is best opt.

We are buying meals for breakfest or other when it was hot and we can stay in apartment during launch. The kitchen is so comfortable and well equiped, that you can prepare nearly everything you imagine. There will be not only microwave oven. The apartment is so cute and air conditioning is very good. I found it absolutely perfect and, if you like observing stars, Tanja is meybe one of the few apartments in one of the darkest places in Croatia and you can see Milky way directly from the balcony!

We have found only one thing - we recommend to built an cover (pergola) for cars. Other buildings around have it and maybe some light roof with wine or other plants will be looking great, and you will not have car really hot, if you plan go somwere. But neverthelles it is not any big concern, you must only open the car and wait as in other places, where you are parking.

Very good

We (family of four, children under 5) were here at the end of august 21 and we spent a good time at Tanja’s appartment. The location is very scenic, the host (Tanja) was very friendly, and the apartment we had was modern, clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony on the other islands including Mljet is fabulous and the little cove below the house is adorable. The white wine (Posip from the area) that has been left to our intention was delicious.

Options to enjoy the cove down the house could be improved (additional sun chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards).

Modern, new, spacious apartment, very clean, walk in shower, dishwasher, complimentary vine, hard mattress, very quiet, private beach with pristine waters, but all this pales besides the fact that the knifes were very sharp! The fridge was maybe too efficient (it half froze the peaches which made for s crunchy refreshment). The host was really friendly and made us feel very welcome.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et assez spacieux pour 2. La terrasse avec la vue mer est très agréable. Mais ce qui nous a surtout plu, c'est Tania, l'hôte. Très gentille, très arrangeante, de très bons conseils, serviable et toujours disponible. Merci pour tout !!
