Superb

Really nice house with a fantastic view from a terrace. Very spacious and bright. Julije is a very attentive host, arranged everything, including an air-conditioner repair on Sunday. Private access to the sea which is for swimming only, it´s not really possible to relax there, also it is not really accessible for little kids (for our 3 and 5 y.o. with our assistance it was not a problem though) - rocks and urchins. It is quite a walk from the village itself, especially in summer heats, or from Žitna beach (better to drive). Ideal for families seeking peace and rest as there is no entertainment anywhere near, just one little supermarket, one restaurant and one café / bar. The house itself is well furnished, we just missed some kitchen utensils, it is mostly set for outside grilling. In summer there are ants and mosquitoes as everywhere. The aircon in the living area is a must and a relief, the bedrooms tend to get quite hot (the fan is not much helpful), one more aircon in the hall could be handy.

Maybe add a few more pots / pans to the kitchen, oven gloves, and consider an additional air-conditioner for these hot summer days.
